Common fault handling of car MP3
1. No power
(1) Failure phenomenon: The cigarette lighter is not powered, and the USB is powered.
Failure check: Check whether the power IC is defective / check whether the 3PIN is desoldered.

Failure check: Connect the computer to check whether the disk capacity is zero bytes; measure whether the 24MHZ crystal oscillator is normal.
Solution: format and upgrade, download songs again; replace crystal oscillator.
(4) Trouble phenomenon: Sometimes it will not play, it will crash.
Trouble check: Connect the computer to detect whether there is a virus and the format is supported.
Solution: format and download the song again.
3. Do not launch
(1) Failure phenomenon: no emission when power is turned on, and radio noise.
Failure check: Check whether the radio frequency is adjusted to the frequency of the unit; check whether the green signal line is disconnected; check whether the 7.6MHz crystal oscillator is unsoldered/false soldered; check the 10UF chip capacitor.
Solution: Adjust the frequency again to be consistent; re-weld correctly; re-weld correctly; replace the capacitor.
(2) Failure phenomenon: there is no sound when transmitting, and the radio is silent.
Fault check: Check whether the volume is turned to the minimum.
Solution: Adjust the volume to an appropriate level.
4. Emission noise

5. Poor display
(1) Failure phenomenon: no characters or black stripes are displayed when the power is turned on.
Fault check: Check whether the display is good.
Solution: replace the display.
(2) Failure phenomenon: the display is dark or connected with the computer, and the display is not bright.
Fault check: Check the backlight board.
Solution: Replace the backlight board.
6. Button failure
Symptom: normal playback, no function of keys.
Fault check: Disassemble the machine and check if the buttons are de-soldered/dropped.
Solution: re-welding correctly.
7. The remote control fails
Failure phenomenon: normal playback, no response from remote control.
Fault check: Check whether the remote control is the original accessory of the machine; whether the distance between the remote control and the machine is too far/or the angle is not correct; check whether the remote control is out of power; check whether the remote control receiving head is bad.
Solution: Replace with the original remote control; adjust the distance or angle; replace with a new battery; replace the remote control receiver.
8. No computer
Symptoms: There is no removable disk connected to the computer.
Fault check: Check whether the USB cable is damaged; confirm whether the computer operating system is WindosXP/2000 version. Check whether the 24MHZ crystal is bad.
Solution: replace the new USB cable; upgrade the operating system; replace the crystal oscillator.
